Enjoy the ultimate day out at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary with this Experience Pass that includes entry to Currumbin Sanctuary as well as the TreeTop Challenge. A much loved Gold Coast attraction perfect for families, couples and individuals, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary boasts an assortment of weird and wonderful Australian wildlife. Spread across 27 hectares, you will have the opportunity to cuddle koalas, feed a range of kangaroos, enjoy Aboriginal performances and much more. Twice daily the park even hosts a wild bird feeding opportunity that sees you enjoy the chance to have birds land on your shoulders, head and arms to enjoy the food you have for them.
As well as entry to the park you'll also have the opportunity to experience Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary's TreeTop Challenge. With over 80 challenges including eleven incredible zip line opportunities with one even travelling directly over the crocodile enclosure, this exciting aerial adventure activity will have you testing all your skills. Designed to test not only your fitness levels but to also get your adrenaline pumping, this experience will have you entertained for hours. There are five courses available that see you enjoy different sections of the bushland. Sessions are available at 9.30am and 12.30pm daily.

TreeTop Challenge Conditions:
- Currumbin TreeTop Challenge is designed to be more challenging as you move through the three levels
- You are welcome to take a break at the end of any course if you wish
- The TreeTop Challenge courses have been designed for children and adults alike to maximise family fun, fitness and team building
- Participants must be able to comfortably reach 160cm to enter
- To measure yourself or a child, stand with flat feet on the ground and raise arms above head with hands outstretched. Measure from the ground to the middle of the palm of the hand. To continue to the advanced-level "Black Course", participants must be able to reach 180cm.
- Children under 18 require a parent/adult to sign the consent form. It is recommended that children under 14 are supervised by an adult
- The TreeTop Challenge sadly is not recommended for pregnant women or people with brittle bones, heart problems, epilepsy, high blood pressure or any other adverse medical condition
- The equipment provided (gloves, harnesses, helmets, ropes and pulleys) is checked daily by our staff and must be used according to the instructions given
- Enclosed shoes must be worn to do the activities
- Long hair must be tightly tied back

“ The Tree Top Challenge was the highlight of our entire holiday. Staff were very supportive and friendly. The kids also enjoyed the hospital, getting to see the koalas being assessed, from the local bush fires. The photo opportunities were fabulous, although the koala photo is way overpriced.

The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary had breathtaking views
1 year agoThe Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary had breathtaking views, and you definitely got to see some animals from a much closer vicinity than you would at zoos. The Treetop Challenge was definitely very thrilling throughout and definitely made me conquer my fear of heights!
Great day out
1 year agoGreat day out! I took my friend from Denmark to see all the iconic Australian animals. There was plenty to see and in the afternoon we chose to do the TreeTop Challenge. We had heaps of fun climbing the trees! Challenging but fun. Great for kids as well. Very recommended!
It was a big area and you will get to see lots of animals
1 year agoIt was a big area and you will get to see lots of animals. A lot of them are loose in their own enclosures for you to have a close encounter with them. The Tree Top challenges were also quite fun. Scary at the beginning when you think you couldn’t do it. But it gets better as you go on.

1 year agoEasy to book and easy to use at the gates of the Wildlife Sanctuary. The sanctuary and tree top challenge package is fantastic and a great day out! I would highly recommend this package to anyone and I will be booking packages through Experience Oz again in the future!

2 years agoThe tree top experience in Currumbin was an excellent day out. The activity is a great way to overcome height fears. Staff very professional and extremely safety conscious. It’s a fun family activity and it’s a great idea, the best part is you are always secured, a very safe method for climbing the ropes and zip lining. Thanks for a great day out.
This was awesome fun
2 years agoThis was awesome fun. Not only do you have the awesome experience of seeing all the cute animals but the Tree Top Challenge lived up to its name and was indeed a challenge. The ziplines are hella fun and some of the obstacles especially on the Black course much more challenging than I expected but SUCH a great feeling to complete them and to finish off on the croc course the ziplines on that were so much fun I could do it again and again.

The treetop challenge is great
3 years agoThe treetop challenge is great, well organised and located in a beautiful part of the park. I guess my review receives only 4 stars, as I compare my experience to a similar adventure in Thailand, where the tree were higher, no other people around besides the group and tour guide and the ziplines were longer. And again in comparison, it is a true challenge physically, especially the 3rd course. However, for all three courses you need to walk/climb up to the high where the experience starts.
